A few obedience training classes can make all the difference. At Paws On you're not committed to a lengthy and expensive course of training sessions or having to attend every week. Each of our hour long classes cost £5 which is payable only on attendance.

Our obedience classes are held at the United Reformed Church, High Street, Whetstone, Leicester(next door to the Wheatsheaf pub), on a Monday night.

All classes are friendly and informal with two trainers always in attendance. Our reward based training system ensures that dogs are never punished and there is no harsh handling. Our aim is to build and instill confidence to produce a happy, stress free and obedient dog.

The beginner obedience class runs from 7:30 until 8:30 and reinforces basic obedience together with more advanced training and some trick work. This class is available to all dogs between 6 and 12 months old.

Our Intermediate obedience class runs from 8:30-9:30 each Monday. A very informal class teaching more advanced obedience and trick work. Entry is by invitation after pre assessment in beginner class, A sense of humuor is definitely a must for this session. Obedience class is held in Whetstone, Leicester.

Paws On is also pleased to offer one to one training for obedience and agility training, by arrangement.

Paws On has a duty of care to attending dogs and we are therefore unable to accomodate dogs with any agressive tendencies towards either dogs or people.
